Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Sneakers must include the original box in undamaged condition.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalised/customised items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow [10]–[20] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or colour, please contact us to check availability.
• Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by our handling.
• Final sale and discounted items.
